Liesel studied Economics and Industrial Psychology at the University of Stellenbosch and has experience in a wide range of industries. Before entering the Golf Industry she was a Change Management Specialist working in a range of Corporate Companies. This included analysing business processes, defining training and communication strategies, project management, stakeholder engagement and much more. During her 10 years experience in the Golf Industry she has honed her skills in understanding the back-end business processes in a golf club, from Accounting, to Marketing to Membership Management, Managing Bookings, stocking management in the Proshop and the Restaurant, Catering and much more. Formerly the General Manager at Kingswood Golf Operations in George, South Africa. She is a turn-around specialist with a track record of growing golf, growing memberships, growing rounds and revenue.
